Sebastien was born in the north east of France and moved to the south east at an early age. In the 90's he studied 4 years of cooking at the Menton hotel school and worked 5 years in Monaco and surroundings (Hôtel de Paris, Monte Carlo Beach, la Réserve de Beaulieu, le St Benoît).
In 1996 Sebastien moved to the UK and was the proud owner of the Quite Simply Group in Lancaster with a Quite Simply French restaurant, a Quite Simply Food shop and a Quite Simply Fresh caterer.
In 2013 Sebastien decided to work in villas and yacht around the world and now creating the catering business Sebdelivery.
In 2017 Sebdelivery was born as a provisioning for yachts and villas, and we quickly decided to add a deli part with a local shop at Mougins le Haut, for aperitif on the terrace, take away or delivery.
We have also taken on events, weddings, christening... and the daily delivery of lunch in Sophia Antipolis.
